  • LittleSofts is a new plush design company. Our shop opened up in the last week of 2021, with our plushies for Studio TRIGGER's animated movie "PROMARE". LittleSofts was started by designer Sunny Critters after a traumatic event. This led them to design a plush doll to help with the PTSD, along with depression and anxiety, and now we hope you can find comfort in these soft friends in the same way. We are proud to have created officially licensed anime dolls and want to continue bringing happiness with our original character lines for years to come!

⭐ About Shipping

Shipping Timeline
  • Orders will ship from Delaware, USA, by USPS/Airmail.
  • Orders usually ship within 7~14 business days, except during December, when we pause shipping for the month due to the risk caused by holiday mail. Orders placed in December will ship in January.
  • Please note items marked as "Preorder" will not ship until the items are in stock. Please check those individual items' pages for shipping date estimates
  • You cannot select the date the item ships or arrives. If you order preorder items with available items, they will ship when all items are in stock. 
Other Shipping Information
  • Once your order is shipped, it is out of our hands and we cannot control how it is handled by the post office. Please send inquiries about lost or slow packages to the offices responsible for delivering them and not to us, as we will be unable to help.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the item if the given address is incorrect or the item returns undeliverable or unaccepted.
  • Any shipment that crosses international borders is subject to customs inspection. The customer is responsible for all customs clearance and any duty tax and we do not accept requests to write incorrect costs onto customs forms.
  • Some products are available on LittleSofts @ Etsy. Etsy may have cheaper international shipping options, prepaid VAT options, and shipping available to all countries including Germany.
  • Germany has begun enforcing strict rules with fines of up to 200,000 euros if extremely restrictive regulations are not met. We are unable to take the risk at this time, so we are therefore unable to ship to Germany. We recommend using a USA-->Germany forwarding service.       • Each plushie is lovingly handmade one by one by our manufacturers. There will be differences in stitching and shapes between each doll as each one is unique in this world. We cannot offer returns or refunds based on these differences. Thank you for your understanding.

      • We cannot accept order cancellations or changing of payment method. Please be careful when ordering. Thank you for your understanding.
      About Business Hours
      • We accept orders 24/7, 365 days a year. Our staff will be unavailable Weekends and Holidays.
      About Returns/Exchanges
      • Please check your items when they arrive for any defects or issues. Contact us within a week of arrival with the details of your issue.
      • Returns and refunds are only accepted in the case of a defective item. We are not liable or responsible for damages caused by shipping companies.
