Hi, I'm Sunny!

I am not only the artist, designer, and creator of everything you see at LittleSofts, but I also handle day-to-day operations like packing and shipping too!! I have had a lifelong adoration of plush toys and stuffed animals that began when I started collecting them as a toddler. I learned about toy design and shop fulfillment during decades living and working in Tokyo, and was inspired after a traumatic event to finally try my hand at creating comforting and healing plush toys for others.

My first designs consisted of officially licensed plush toys for Studio TRIGGER's animated movie "PROMARE,” and I have since expanded into my own large cast of original characters! Every single LittleSofts character is my own cuddly critter pal I created with bright colors, happy feelings, and a little story of their own.

When I am not running LittleSofts (which is basically 24/7), I am caring for my three Border Collies (yes, three!), going to theme parks, or attending concerts! I also travel back to my second home Japan quite often and love to take plush photography for LittleSofts there! When you adopt a new plush friend from LittleSofts, you are patronizing a small business run by me and supported with the help of a few of my dear friends.
