Founded in late 2021, LittleSofts is an emerging plush company, specializing in comforting plush toys! Designer Sunny started LittleSofts after a traumatic event, which led them to design a plush doll to help with the PTSD, along with depression and anxiety. The results were amazing!! Our initial designs consisted of officially licensed plushies for Studio TRIGGER's animated movie "PROMARE” and we’ve since expanded into our own large cast of original characters, cherished by fans worldwide!

We design each of our characters with love, offering them in various forms including plush backpacks, weighed plush, beanie dolls, and more! We are so proud of our recent hit collection, Snug-Alongs plush backpacks, which you MAY have seen out in the wild! We hope you can find comfort and companionship in our soft friends the same way Sunny did! We aim to continue bringing happiness into the world for years to come!

A Note About Our Products

Each plushie is lovingly handmade one by one by our manufacturers. There will be differences in stitching and shapes between each doll as each one is unique in this world. We cannot offer returns or refunds based on these differences. Thank you for your understanding.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay!

What are your shipping policies?
  • Orders will ship from Delaware, USA, by USPS/Airmail.
  • Orders usually ship within 7~14 business days. Orders placed in December are not guaranteed to arrive by Christmas. Please note that we cannot accommodate requests, cancellations, or returns due to holiday delivery issues.
  • Please note items marked as "Preorder" will not ship until the items are in stock. Please check those individual items' pages for shipping date estimates
  • You cannot select the date the item ships or arrives. If you order preorder items with available items, they will ship when all items are in stock. 

Other Shipping Information

  • Once your order is shipped, it is out of our hands and we cannot control how it is handled by the post office. Please send inquiries about lost or slow packages to the offices responsible for delivering them and not to us, as we will be unable to help.
  • The customer is responsible for the cost of reshipping the item if the given address is incorrect or the item returns undeliverable or unaccepted.
  • Any shipment that crosses international borders is subject to customs inspection. The customer is responsible for all customs clearance and any duty tax and we do not accept requests to write incorrect costs onto customs forms.
  • Some products are available on LittleSofts @ Etsy. Etsy may have cheaper international shipping options, prepaid VAT options, and shipping available to all countries including Germany.
What is your cancel policy?

We cannot accept order cancellations or changing of payment method. Please be careful when ordering. Thank you for your understanding.

What are your business hours?

We accept orders 24/7, 365 days a year. Our staff will be unavailable Weekends and Holidays.

What is your return policy?
  • Please check your items when they arrive for any defects or issues. Contact us within a week of arrival with the details of your issue.
  • Returns and refunds are only accepted in the case of a defective item. We are not liable or responsible for damages caused by shipping companies.
